This year our free Dance Classes occurred in the month of October 2019 at Drop in Dance Winnipeg, with lessons offered in Beginner and Intermediate Jazz and Tap. We were thrilled to have over 75 people from our community come to dance with us over the course of the 10 class Session!

2019 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Our free Fall 2019 dance training remained inclusive of artists (16+) at all levels of ability. The first portion of every class featured a challenging professional level warm up, with the rest of the class exploring a slightly different focus each day. This year we offered the following classes:
- Jazz Technique classes focussed on conditioning, flexibility, and on the technical side of jumps, kicks, turns, body alignment, posture, and coordination.
- Tap classes focussed on building flexibility, coordination and speed of movement to produce clear tap-sounds while widening dancers’ vocabulary of tap steps, combinations and rhythms.
